HILDA MARIE MCQUIGGE *
The funeral of Mrs. Douglas McQuigge of R.R. 1. Marmora, who died suddenly in Kingston
General Hospital on Friday. February 10th, was on Monday, February 13th from Howden
Funeral Home to St. Paul's Anglican Church. The service, conducted by Rev. Robert Stewart
was at 2:00 p.m. In her 57th year she was a daughter of Mrs. Hilda Dean and the late Charles
Dean. She was born and educated in England, and was a member of St. Paul's Anglican Church,
Marmora.
She is survived by her mother and her husband. Douglas McQuigge, 5 daughters. Mrs. Arthur
Mason (Marv); Mrs. William Faulkner (Gladys); Mrs. Kenneth Harris (Shirley); Mrs.
Thomas Davidson (Lorna); Mrs. David Rennie (Sharon) all of Toronto; and 5 sons. Donald of
Cordova: Gerald of Peterborough; George of Oshawa; Charles of Toronto: and Billy at home
Entombment was in Marmora Protestant Cemetery. Pall bearers were Leonard Carman. Harold
Carman, Bruce Rallison. Tom Smith, Keith Hamilton, Earl Clemenger.
