  The remains of Mary C. Westerman were brought to Boonville from Kansa City, and buried in the Catholic Church Cemetery on Wednesday July 26th; funeral services being held at the Catholic Church. Her maiden name was Mary C. Stretz, and she was born in Bavaria, Germany 22 Dec 1846, and came with her parents to America when a little girl. She was married to George Westerman some ears ago, and resided in Boonville until his death, removing to Kansas City about ten years ago, where she died after a brief illness on July 23rd.
