  Obituary - Boonville Daily News, 3 December 1951 Mrs. Herman Stretz Dies Suddenly Mrs. Herman Stretz died at her home, 808 East Morgan Street at 6:50 a.m. today. While she had not been well, death was unexpected. Funeral services will be conducted at 9 a.m. Wednesday at SS Peter and Paul Catholic. Burial will be in the Catholic Church Cemetery. The rosary will be recited at the Goodman and Boller Funeral Home at 8 p.m. tomorrow. She is survived by one son, Harold Stretz, Boonville, a daughter, Miss Rosemary Stretz of the home, and five grandchildren. She was born in Boonville May 24, 1886, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Knack and spent her entire life here. She was married to Herman Stretz Nov. 21, 1905. Mr. Stretz died July 15, 1945.
