  William Andrew Staley was born in Morgan county on May 9, 1892, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Staley. He was married to Miss Margaret Day of Pilot Grove, on November 8, 1926, and they had two children, Lillian Margaret and Edward, who survive. William died at the United States Veterans Hospital at Excelsior Springs, Mo., on Thursday, aged 42 years, surrounded by his mother, Mrs. Ellen Staley, his widow and his sister, Mrs. W. T. White and Mr. White. He was preceded in death by a brother, Patrick Edmund Staley. - Sedalia Democrat - Friday, February 15, 1935 pg.4 -------------------------------------------- Info from death cert.
