  • Notes 
    • Emil Kouba Sr. and his wife Laura, went to try to try to care for her during her sickness of flu that turned into pneumonia. People were so afraid of that type of flu that no one else would take a chance to get near enough to her to care for her. She died at 606 Summer street. That address is no longer there as an expressway was built over that area in the 1980s. She was a member of the Bohemian Presbyterian church and was buried in the Linwood cemetery.
