  William is listed as a landowner of lot 14 in Knockaduff Townland. In 1870 his name was removed from the property and was replaced with that of his son, Malcolm. This is presumed to be his date of death. Also in 1870 the name of William McQuigg and Sarah Rogers was removed from Lot 7 and replaced with that of Malcolm McQuigg, his son.
